Hello, welcome to NYPD's Trainer Training session.
During this training session you will be learning how to train our new members.
Throughout this training, there will be a short quiz to test your knowledge.

Be advised that this training is fairly long, and detailed. It is suggested
​
to use chat history or personal notes to help with the quiz. Any questions?

As a trainer, you will now gain access to the training rooms.
When training, please refrain from using an occupied training
area. To let your trainee in, you will need to stand on the group gate
​
to open the trainee gate for your cadet to get through. Any questions?

Your promotion time has now increased to every 30 minutes.
​
It is recommended to train as many recruits as possible! Now that
​
you are a trainer, you will have priority over other members of NYPD. To allow your trainee
​
through the teleport, you will need to pull the levers.
​
This will open the gates and allow your recruit(s) to the training area.​
​
If the trainee is missing badge, motto or attire you are to teleport them back to security.
​
You should NOT be training any recruits with incorrect badge, uniform or motto (B.U.M).

The first topic we will go over is how to access the training script.
​
Be advised that training on mobile is highly frowned upon as this does not
​
guarantee a successful training session. Before we begin, please navigate to
​
our website habbonypd|net and scroll to 'Scripts'. Inform me when you're there.
(If they are having troubles accessing the website, please help them out.)

Once there, you'll need to hover over the scripts tab and a drop down menu
​
will appear with all the divisional scripts. You will only be using the
​
'Cadet Training Script' when training your recruits. Please make sure you only
​
take one or two recruits at a time. Now I would like for you to copy
and paste the first two lines of the cadet training script into Habbo.
(Wait for them to paste the lines)

There are a few rules to follow at all times as a new trainer.
​
1. Do not go AFK or idle during the cadet training.
​
2. Conduct training's as soon as possible.
​
3. Request for Room Rights (RR) if your cadet is misbehaving.
​
4. You may only use Grey & White colored chat.
​
5. All training sessions MUST be conducted in NYPD training rooms.
​
6. Do not leave any cadets behind. If you exceed the maximum number
​
of cadets, politely ask them to head back to HQ for another trainer.

After each training, you will need to log them into portal. Navigate to the 'Training'
​
tab and click 'Add Training' at the top left corner in blue. Fill out the boxes and submit.
​
You will now be tested on what you have just learnt. If you need a refresher,
​
please utilize the chat history to answer questions.

Congratulations! You are now an official trainer of NYPD!
By now you should have portal access. You will need to create a promotion tag
​
on the portal if you haven't already done so. Your tag can be as little as 2 letters
​
but must not exceed more than 4 letters. It must also relate to your habbo username.
​
You can create a promotion tag directly on your profile. Once completed, let me know!
(Wait for them to create a tag, and double check on the portal if they did it correctly)
